4) Rename the File

You can also rename the file. Follow the above steps. After ‘Save As’, you can rename the file. Make sure to use the right extension or choose the save as type. Then click on Save.

5) Deactivate Third-Party Antivirus

Overprotective Antivirus software may cause the issue of sharing violation error in excel. In this case, you can deactivate it in real-time from the control panel or uninstall it.
